ADVANCED BOOKING
The Spa at the Village at Pigeon Lake is a perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family. Together you can connect, unwind and enjoy not only the Spa but all the other amenities this little gem in the woods offers. Our Spa is very busy, so planning a group visit in advance is recommended in order to avoid disappointment.
Everything starts with communication and a clear, concise conversation is one way to ensure you and your group will enjoy a wonderful day at the Spa. Our staff is pleased to assist you with your planning and any questions you may have regarding spa services. By referring to our Advance Booking Protocol tips you and your guests can provide us with the important information needed at the time of your booking.
PLANNING AN ADVANCED GROUP BOOKING
At the time of booking you need to decide if you're staying at the Village Creek Country Inn with a Getaway Package or a group booking with no accommodation. Once availability is established the contact person will have one week to submit all group members: Name, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Credit Card Number and Service they desire. Credit Card Numbers are required to hold the apointments and a 24-hour cancellation policy will be in effect. Appointments not cancelled prior to 24 hours will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. If there is no Credit Card on file, the contact person will be responsible for their guests charges.
Groups will be contacted one week prior to your visit via email. As we are an appointment-based business it is important that you check your e-mails to ensure that your bookings are correct and you are aware of your arrival times. If you haven't received an email prior to the booking date please contact us!

When booking a pedicure or manicure, please advise us in advance if Shellac removal is required, as extra time needs to be booked. Bring flip flops with you to wear after your pedicure.
Outside food is no longer permitted in the spa, however, water is provided.
